POSITION SUMMARY 职位描述
FedEx Logistics Management Trainee Program is designed to groom and develop young talents of high caliber as future leaders of FedEx Logistics. The 36-month program provides an excellent opportunity for a Management Trainee (MT) to gain an exposure and development in FedEx Logistics.  MT will go through on-the-job trainings, job rotation, get practical work experience in China different locations, and the chances of assuming an overseas assignment in APAC region. Upon completion of the 36-month training, it is expected that the Management Trainee will be assigned a permanent position at FedEx Logistics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
Receive training, and perform duties in several departments, in operations, products, and support functions in order to attain functional and departmental perspective on objectives by following the FedEx philosophy of People-Service-Profit and Purple Promise;
通过在不同部门的轮岗培训,遵循FedEx“员工-服务-利润”和“紫色承诺”的经营理念,学会从业务部门和职能部门不同的视角考虑问题。
Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of FedEx business development;
学习不同的岗位职责、操作流程、管理者思维以及公司的政策和实践,进而促进公司每一阶段的发展。
Meet performance goals and objectives set by management;
达成管理层设定的绩效目标。
Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives;
定期向管理层汇报目标达成的进展。
Observe experienced talents in FedEx to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties;
轮岗时通过观察经验丰富的同事,了解该部门职责所需的工作方法、工作流程以及作业标准等。
Provide support as needed by management in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and ad-hoc project work.
提供管理层所需的其他工作支持,包括但不限于报告制作、数据录入、演示文稿制作、战略计划等。

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE 任职资格
University fresh graduates in all disciplines;
本科及以上学历,专业不限。
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering is preferred but not essential;
物流相关专业、供应链管理或者工业工程学专业优先。
Self-motivated, passionate and energetic;
有上进心,热情,积极主动。
Highly committed, hardworking and consistently self-disciplined;
有担当,工作努力,具有高度的自律性。
Good team player;
具有优秀的团队合作精神。
Able to work under pressure;
抗压能力强。
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
优秀的英语读写能力,普通话流利,具有良好的人际交往和表达能力。
High mobility and willingness to travel overseas.
能接受较频繁的出差。
